My wife and i had talked to Robert Peters, Attorney about 2.5 years ago about doing a bankruptcy. We paid almost whole fee, but things changed and we stopped the process, but had to go back. The second time, we paid the same amount as the first plus more. I think we talked to the attorney maybe once during the whole thing, everything else was through his paralegal, who was on top of everything until the end. When we went in front of the arbitrator, Mr. Peters didn't show up but sent a substitute, which we didn't expect. The bankruptcy was successfully discharged but I feel like we didn't get as much attention as we expected, which was frustrating throughout. They did do a good job, though, and did what they were supposed to, it was an emergency that they handled well overall.
