The technician, Dave Stallings, is a personable young man - brought his little kit, dials and meters down to the water heater and w/in minutes had diagnosed the problem, bypassed a troublesome timing device and had everything together and was out the door. But not before we discussed some future projects.
Leaving behind a working water heater and an amazed customer. We now have an electrician that we can trust! How cool is that!
