I phoned at 6:30 on a Saturday morning, hoping to get the process started to replace my ceiling fixture and add a dimmer switch. I received a call back within a 1/2 hour with an appointment window set up for 2 hours later. Dave arrived within the first 15 minutes of that window- very high marks!! He proceeded to evaluate the issues and presented a reasonable estimate. I appreciated how he took the time to show me what was needed or what would be a good idea to get the safest results.
