I'm writing to let you know how truly pleased we are with the service we received today from your company. My husband & I had you install our new furnace today & we not only love the furnace, the two servicemen who installed it were so very professional & did such a great job. We were SO impressed when Brad & David arrived exactly when they said they would. Our appt.. was at 8:30, & they arrived at exactly 8:30! I don't think we've ever had a company be that punctual. Very impressive! They were very thorough, installed the new thermostat in our home & it looks great & works great too! Our 30yr old furnace had been out of commission for some time & wasn't worth fixing, so we opted for the new one, thank goodness! We're SO pleased! Our new Trane furnace heats our home so quickly & efficiently, that I wish we would've done this a lot sooner. It's GREAT!
Brad & David cleaned everything up before they left & they were very pleasant.
