I had a leak one day when it was raining. Water was coming down my inside walls and ruining the paint and sheetrock. I called the number on the website and spoke with steve on my first attempt. He came out within an hour and repaired the roof. He also fixed the sheetrock and paint that was damaged during the storm. He did all this before I had any of the other three roofing contractors even return my first phone call.
