It's a real mixed bag with Century Roofing. Their sales representative and managers are awesome. They're very hands on, and they took care of things, but they clearly could not trust their employees. They would tell them one thing, and the employees would do another. They would smoke on the job, even though the higher ups told them not too. I called and told them about and, and when they arrived the employees hid it from them. When the employees promised to get work done, they didn't do it, but luckily the managers and salespeople were on top of things and got it done right for me, even if they had to do it themselves.

So like I said, it's a real mixed bag with Century Roofing. There is no trust between the the managers and the employees. Why do they keep those guys on the job? At least the higher-ups keep the business legitimate.
