The customer service was excellent! I was very pleased with the way I was treated.

The problem I have is the actual repair of the vehicle. A few months ago we requested to have a FULL AC inspection and was told there were NO leaks and they did a simple recharge. After only 1-2 wks, the air was blowing hot again. We made another apppointment and upon further inspection was told that we needed the evaporator AND the compressor replaced for $2300! We got a second opinion from an AC specialist who fixed it for only $1200!

I was also told that the transfer case seal could be fixed and then after making that appt, they said they cannot fix it and referred me elsewhere.

Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and being a 1 vehicle family, we cannot afford to have that time wasted with 2 full time jobs and only 1 vehicle. We will not be returning to Kniesel's after having nothing done correctly in all 3 appointments. The greatest thing you have going over there are nice employees... but that is all.
