I brought my Toyota Sienna in for AC service/repair. It was determined that a new condenser and high line hose were needed. I was later notified by phone and informed that the hose unit was not needed after all, as there was only a leak in the "O" ring; this saved me about $200. I was impressed by the honesty and integrity demonstrated by the Kniesel's staff, and I also appreciated the shuttle service and the car wash that was done as part of the service.
