This was my first experience with Service Specialties Inc., and so far it's been very good. I had them install my unit, and then just called them back to install a humidifier to it. The salesperson and technician were professional and I was extremely satisfied with them. Rudy, the estimator I worked with, was very patient and more than willing to discuss the details with me because they weren't black and white. He made it a more personal experience than business, even coming back an additional time to go over things with me face to face.

So far, my system is working just fine, but the true test will be if it's still working 6 months from now.
