I would consider using Service Specialties again
Overall, my first experience with Service Specialties was good. They installed a new Trane air conditioner and heater, but there were some discrepancies between the estimator's opinion and the result of the installed unit. Their price for the service was reasonable, and their staff was professional and communicated with me.
