I just had a new furnace and AC installed by SSI. Chris "Bacon" was my sales consultant and he was able to come to my house the same day it was officially determined that I needed a new furnace. He did a wonderful job in explaining my choices and why it made more sense to replace both the furnace and AC at the same time instead of waiting to summer for the AC. Chris listened to my needs and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured by him to go with SSI or to make an immediate decision. Chris is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.
