The man I used for the checkup for my furnace, Drew, was very professional. He did a complete inspection of my furnace. He even took it apart. Most people just take a quick look, and say it's okay without even examining it. Not Drew. He took it apart, thoroughly examined it, and even explained the inner workings of it. He explained the intricacies of it, such as the dual speeds. He even measured the components with his meter. Nobody had ever done that before. He was very conscientious.

He suggested I get it replaced as it was twenty-five years old. I waited a year, and did end up replacing it. The furnace they gave me is the perfect size for my house, and it only gets as warm as it needs to. It also saves energy. I also received a very good deal for it. They gave me a discount. I will definitely use them for any future inspections I may need.
