SSI replaced my AC/furnace and I have been pleased with their service. Technicians Doug, who is now in commercial area of SSI, and Drew are the best I've ever had to work on my unit. Today, I insist of having Drew as my technician each and every time. He and Doug are valuable employees of the company. I'm not related or personal friends of either. I'm speaking strictly on her abilities. They're both patient with questions and full explains what they're doing in layman's term.
