I have been using Service Specialties Inc. since 2014 and I have always been pleased with their services. I have had them work both at my residence and at my rental properties. Their technicians are always prompt, polite and professional. They have been respectful of the properties. They are always good about making an assessment of the unit then explaining their findings to me as well as explaining the options that can be done with the unit. They also take the time to answer any questions I have for them. The other nice touch they do is to write down the options that they gave as well as writing down things they do during their appointment so that I have good records of everything. That really has come in very handy. Their pricing is fair too. I had them come out most recently to replace my hot water heater. All of the technicians have been very knowledgeable and experienced. I will continue to use Service Specialties Inc., I think they are a great, honest and trustworthy company.
