Service Specialties Inc. has always done a good job for me. This was not my first time using their services. They put in a new heating and air unit the previous year for me. When they came out this time it was for a routine service check on the unit. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to assess the unit quickly and professionally. He always takes the time to explain his findings from the assessment to me as well as what he can do to fix it. He also takes the time to answer any questions I have. The only problem I had was on this last visit the technician lost the check for the payment. So it was a hassle to cancel the check and issue another. Other than that I find them to be knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend Service Specialties Inc.
