Service Specialties Inc. has always done a spectacular job for me! This was not my first time using them. I have been using their services for about 10 years now. I keep going back to them because they offer excellent customer service, professional and skilled technicians and their pricing is reasonable for the heating and air conditioning work I've had them do. Most recently they replaced our HVAC unit and everything turned out great. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. I have been lucky because they send the same two technicians out each time. It is nice having the same technicians out who know me, know my home and know my unit. They are always courteous and respectful of my home. When I have had any problems they were able to assess the problem quickly and efficiently. They then take the time to explain their findings to me and answer any of the questions I have as well as pointing out what they can do to fix it. Shortly after they put in the new unit they came for a check and found that for some odd reason it was leaking Freon. They recharged the Freon and did not charge me for the visit. They have always been responsive, helpful and honest. I like the integrity that they show for their workmanship. I have recommended their heating and air conditioning services and I will continue to do so! If you need work done to your HVAC system then absolutely call Service Specialties Inc.!
