I have been using Service Specialties Inc. for the past seven years. In the past for our old house they replaced the furnace and did an outstanding job. Recently they do an annual inspection for us for our plumbing and so far we have been lucky enough not to need anything repaired.

When they come out they are always very courteous and thorough in their inspections, they show up on time and are very informative. I have recommended them to several neighbors and I am pleased with their overall customer support!
