We live in a cabin that we call our little slice of heaven out here in Fairfax County. The previous owner had a wood-burning stove that he said heated the whole place but we wanted a more modern solution, so we hired Service Specialties Inc. There isn't any room for duct work in the cabin, so SSI installed a multi-unit heating and air-conditioning system based on a European system that puts an individual unit in each room. Normally, this type of system is installed in walls, but our cabin is up off the ground so the units are installed with floor access instead. This type of installation caused some ongoing issues that we didn't expect and through no fault of SSI. They have stuck with us throughout. Service Specialties Inc. continue to adjust the system as often as we need them to and have worked tirelessly through the process with us. We are very happy with our new heating and cooling system, thanks to the efforts of SSI.
