This was my first time using Service Specialties Inc.. They serviced my HVAC system. The office staff were very professional when I called, and they were also good about following up. They also took the time to answer my questions. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. The only reason I did not give them five stars on everything was because of the pricing. They need to do a better job explaining how their price system works. I was surprised at the amount I was charged and that did not make me happy. My advice to them would be to get a clearer pricing system. I would definitely use them again if their pricing were easier to understand because the office staff and the service tech were both courteous professionals who knew what they were doing.
