Service Specialties Inc. does a maintenance check for me in the spring and fall of every year on my HVAC system. When I called to make the appointment the person who answered was very straight forward, professional and friendly. I have been using them for quite a while. Last spring the service technician did a very good job. Last fall the service tech that came out was great. He did the maintenance check and then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. He was very friendly and professional. Everything turned out well both times they came out and checked my HVAC system. I have had a great experience in using this company. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of work performed on their HVAC system, maintenance or repair.
