I had a couple of scheduling issues with Service Specialties Inc., but in the end the work turned out well. I needed a new air conditioning unit, and while I got a few quotes from other companies, they were the most responsive. We had a number of problems with the front office in terms of getting technicians scheduled, but we eventually worked it out. When the technicians finally came out, the work they did was just fine and I didn't have a problem with them.
