The tech they sent out, Drew, was very friendly and professional. He did a THOROUGH job of checking both of our systems and gave detailed explanations of the problems we were having. We never felt he was trying to sell us something we didn't need. Also, the people in the office are very pleasant, very professional and were prompt in returning my call and getting us scheduled. I am thrilled that we found SSI and switched to their service.
