I have used Service Specialties for both routine maintenance and, most recently, to replace heating and air conditioning units in our home. They're very responsive and able to a tech out here in such a short amount of time--sometimes the same day. He's really helpful when you can identify an issue and you can just streamline said issue.

In terms of replacing the heat pump and air handler, the individual who came to make the assessments and recommendations explained to us in a way that was easy to understand. He gave us options for replacement that were very thorough: based on weather conditions in the area and how long we intended to be in the area. Everything was ordered and installed pretty quickly.
