SSI was scheduled for a service call at a property that we manage. Murphy's Law seemed to be going wild and the technician left the property to move on to his next scheduled call. While, by all rights the appointment should have been re-scheduled, Susan was willing to go the extra mile and make sure that our property received the service that was scheduled.
Her initiative and professionalism were on full display and I (and the property owner) am very grateful for all of her efforts. Her performance today is just another example of why we consider SSI HVAC one of our preferred service providers.
