I worked with the owner, he came out on the call of duty to my place. I had a leak and he was able to find it. I had anticipated on re-plumbing the whole house but thanks to him and his extra efforts we didn't have to do that, just repaired the service line. He saved me over 4 grand because of this. They were done pretty quick with the job, it took them about 5 days even though they had to dig a big trench in front of my house.
