We have had some issues with the service techs at R & R Heating and Air Conditioning in the past, but our most recent experience was really good, and deserves positive feedback. We had an problem with our air conditioner, where it was dripping water and puddling onto the floor inside our home. It took them a while to make it out, but given the time of year, this was acceptable.

When he arrived, our tech was very friendly, and showed right away that he knew what he was doing. We were made to feel appreciated--not like just another service call. He diagnosed the issue right away as the result of corrosion, and addressed it quickly. He did a really good job, and we were comfortable having him in our home. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.
