We scheduled our appointment and asked for a call half hour before arrival. We received the call and Alex was at our door 30 minutes later. He was polite, efficient and answered all of my questions. We had not had our furnace serviced in several years and had anticipated repairs/replacements/updates. Alex stated that our furnace was in good shape and we were not charged for unnecessary work. We will call R&R for our next servicing and I would recommend them.
