Called R & R Heating & A/C on President's Day 2013 to ask a few questions about my gas furnace that kept turning on and off every 3-4 minutes. A service technician came to my home within 3 hrs and no extra charge was added for a same-day/holiday in-home service. I was personally very pleased with the technician for explaining the type of furnace, how to use proper filters, how to make sure a heat vent wasn't blowing down on the thermostat and changed out a part that was on the verge of ruining the entire furnace due to build-up. Everything from the customer service staff who answered my call and questions, to the service technician and the owner who followed up, deserves an excellent rating and recommendation.
