It was a very pleasant experience from the first moment. Immediately we knew their carpet care promised detailed cleaning because of their personal professional appearance, friendliness and calm demeanor. Sure enough we were not disappointed. The cleaning was phenomenal. Every single stain had disappeared entirely, plus within 2-3 hours the whole house had completely dried.
