The owner, Gary, was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He even answered the phone after 7pm.

Our water heater pilot light would not stay lit. We originally had someone from one of the Big Name Companies come out, which gave us a ridiculous estimate so we sent them away. Of course, the Big Name Co person just wanted to sell us a new water heater. Ours is only 5 1/2 yrs old (under warrantee for parts) but the Big Name Co person said that it was 6 1/2 yrs old and out of warrantee.

Luckily I called BK Plumbing. They came out this morning - with no service call fee and free estimate. It took 2 differents parts but they ended up about $200 less.

BK is honest and would use them again. It was nice to find someone honest. Much appreciated!
