Magna Plumbing is very customer service oriented. They are responsive and professional about showing up and finishing the job within the time frame they give you. They explain what the issue is and don't try to intimidate or make you afraid about the job they are there to do. They do excellent work. There are no surprises in terms of the final bill either.
