I was very impressed with the product knowledge of the folks at Audio Visions South. All I had to do was mention the components that I had at home, and Clarke and George knew exactly my equipment capabilities and sound textures. The staff at AVS are walking encyclopedias of AV knowledge. It sure made the shopping experience comfortable to know I was working with someone who could understand what I was looking for and make recommendations based on broad industry knowledge.

I was also amazed at the non-pressure sales approach. Clarke actually convinced me that some of the products I originally wanted to purchase were not only unnecessary, but in fact would degrade the sound quality of my system. Instead he made recommendations of how I might make my budget go further. And when it came to evaluating products, he was exceptionally patient. I had all the time I needed to listen to any equipment I was interested in without ever feeling rushed and ample opportunity to ask detailed questions.
