We have 30 year old hardwood floors here at our hotel. I contacted Steve Way and he sent out a crew the following week. The man sent, Steve Hackler, was exceptional. I can not say enough about the wonderful job he did. Our floors look GREAT! We had no idea they could look better than new. We also had part of the floor replaced by Josh. He also did a fine job.
