Very friendly but disappointingly little results.

What I can say is that Rich, who I dealt with over the phone, was fabulous. He bent over backwards for me. We had hired Hoffman to clean our duct work, clean the water heater exhaust and more.

Our furnace broke down about two months after Hoffman did their work and we brought in a different company to replace the broken furnace. That company asked us if we wanted our duct work cleaned. We hired Hoffman to clean those and now we were being shown that they were still caked with dust.

This made me an my wife feel like we had been cheated.

We are disappointed to hear you weren't completely satisfied with our workmanship. If only you would have contacted us, we would have gladly offered a free re-clean. While we hope our employees never cut corners, we are always willing to take the benefit of the doubt to keep a customer happy and will immediately come out for a free, no-questions asked re-clean. Even thought this work was done back in April 2011, the offer still stands. Please call our office to re-schedule so we have an opportunity to set things right.
