We went here for my daughters 3rd birthday and it was awful. The instructor was rude and condescending towards myself and our guests. Her helper came in late and didn't even smile at the children. It was a sunday and you could fully tell she was hung over. I hear her even mention it to the instructor when they were at the desk. The main instructor even mopped the floors before we even left. I WILL NOT recommend this place and we will NOT patron this establishment again. We had a big group of people and it was very embarrassing that the service was so poor. I could have had a better party in our back yard with our swingset and a few balloons.
