As customers for almost 4 years, up until about 3 years ago I would have given them 5 stars across the board. But, in the past 6 months, I have fallen out of love. The class sizes have gotten out of control and in the parent/child classes, the rule of "one parent per child" is not being enforced which leads to way too many people in the small gym at one time...many kids had 2 parents at every class, plus some grandparents, and the odd time there was a sibling. I dreaded taking my youngest to class because there were going to be so many people it wasn't fun anymore.
