My hot water heater wasn't working and Dave found right away it was a real simple solution in that a wire had just come loose. He hooked it up and I was good to go. Being I already had paid for the minimum time for him to come out he also checked other areas in my house and also fixed a toilet that's been running slow that I hadn't even thought about asking about, and educated me about it as well! He also is good about arriving ASAP.
