This is the first time I've ever had a pool or had to use a pool builder. I was going through the process of building an master suite, and my builder recommended nobody but Keith Zars Pools, he hadn't used anyone else in 15 years. I took his recommendation, and I'm so glad I did.

Since I was having two large building projects going on at the same time it was often annoying and a zoo around here, but I really appreciated how well my pool superintendent Kent Weaver worked with my master suite builder. They were able to coordinate with the timing of things, and they worked really well on everything. I would give Kent a 5 as far as his communication went with letting me know what was going on and his ability to stick to timetables. Also, the workers were all very polite, and during the 3 months this was going on, I got no complaints from any of my neighbors which was really unexpected and nice.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. This is the only pool-building experience I've had, but based on it, they were a class act from start to finish.
