We had a pipe leak just beyond the main. I made a request on-line and someone called me within a couple of hours. They communicated well and the work was done with expertise. I did have a concern, which I voiced and someone called me back immediately to resolve. Which was probably what made this an exceptional experience. I was that WOW moment we all talk about but don't see very much anymore.
