The tech respond to my call the same day and determined and repaired ($180.00) what he thought was wrong. I had to call him back the next day as the water heater still was not working. My son and husband both suggested what could be wrong with the heater,that the regulator for the propane tank was defective. It turned out that was the problem and the tech told me that I needed a new heater. The tech did not check the regulator on the first visit and replaced a part that did not need replaced. The tech needs to be better trained on propane water heaters and what other things could be wrong.
