My water heater went out and after the gas company was at my house for all of 5 minutes I called Preferred Plumbing & Drain as their ad in the phone book said they could be at my house in 60 minutes or less. The two service techs were at my house in approximately 30 minutes! The techs, Brian and Jason, had to go and get the part but were back in about an hour. In 1 hour they had my water heater fixed and the pilot light lit. They were very professional but also really nice. The really nice thing about the company is that they offer online coupons so I was about to save $20. If I have to fix the water heater again I am definitely calling them again.
