Very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Knowledgeable about upholstery fabrics, carpeting, and stains. Cleaned three couches, and a chair and even cleaned an upholstered bar stool at no charge. Worked efficiently to remove horrible pet odors from sides of couches. The carpets and furniture were nearly dry before they left. Both employees were personable and professional. Would recommend their service without reservation.
