I reviewed this company two weeks ago, and am happy to say my opinion has completely changed. My previous bad experience was due to dispatch errors, and I feel the customer service I received in response to that was above par. The tech that came out that day was Johnny and I was very pleased with his service. He was friendly, informative, and gave me a 30 day guarantee in case my plumbing backed up again. Two weeks later it has, and Johnny and preferred plumbing held true to their word. I will need to have my line replaced and will definitely be calling Preferred Plumbing to complete the job.
