Had 2 slow leak faucets. Called, they sent someone right over who gave me a free estimate. At least one, if not both, faucets would need to be replaced, so I went and bought the faucets I wanted, came home and called back, scheduled the appt. for the job for the next day. The following day, over an hour after he was due, I called customer service again..they had no record of the appointment they had set up with me. Luckily, they were able to get Vidal, he came right over, and did a terrific job.
