I called them on a Sunday of a Holiday weekend and they still charged me at their everyday rate! They came to my house to give me a free estimate based on the job to be done and not by the hour. The plumber was very courteous and professional. I was loyal to Roto Rooter; but they raised their rates recently and they charge more on the weekends... so Preferred Plumbing & Drain has a new regular customer!
