As a parent, I'd say I'm quite satisfied. Tuition + Value = Customer Satisfaction.
I'm quite satisfied, to be honest. Based on the tuition rate and their service, they're in the O.K. range. My kids learned have learned a bunch of neat things. So far so good. I have no complaints.
