Good service, but incomplete.

A serviceman from Airplus of California came to check out everything. The installer explained to me why things weren't working the way they were suppose to, which I understand better now. He was very nice and changed out the filter. The grates were suppose to be changed out during the install, but I have yet to see them follow through. They said it'd be a few weeks.

A follow-up promised at time of installation was missed by our team. So sorry that we didn't catch this until the next planned service visit! Doreen's two missing grill have been rounded up for her.. we get a C- on this one. Airplus :-(
