We have been using Airplus of California Inc to do annual upkeep of our a/c unit and then they also come back six months after that and take care of the heating related equipment.

Two years back, we had a problem with one of our units. It was still under warranty through our builders and Airplus is who they contracted out to do the job. That's how we got in their system. They cold called us and asked to service the equipment and make sure everything was still running okay. One of my wife's friends had had her unit die because regular maintenance wasn't done. She ended up having to buy a brand new unit. So we felt compelled to say, "Yeah, why don't you do that" and we've been using them ever since.

We haven't had any problems with them. As long as we continue to have no issues of any kind I see no reason to stop using them. We've never had anyone rude come. They do a great job. They're prompt and always there when they say they're going to be there within a certain time frame.

The last couple times they actually ended up being there right on the nose. And this past time they were even a few minutes early. That alone in my mind is worth recommending them for. It's always a nuisance when a company shows up at the last possible moment and you waste that block of time. That's not the case with them; I never feel like I've wasted my day.
