I had some problems with the air conditioner vents in the attic and Alex, from Airplus of California, came out and fixed the two leaks for me. He told me that I had to have someone come out and clean the ducts.

So, I called a different company to come out and do the duct cleaning and they told me the ducts had to be replaced. They told me it would cost $1,900. I called Airplus and asked them back out to get their recommendation; I have been using them since 2008 and I trust them and wanted to know what they would say. This time, they had Daniel come out and he told me everything up there looked fine.

From the experience with that other company, I can see the difference in service. Airplus has provided great service, they do not charge me for unnecessary work and I appreciate their honesty. I truly trust them.
