Airplus of California repaired a broken TXV valve in my air conditioner. It was a great experience because I did not feel like I was being up-sold. When the technician arrived, he did not know what the problem was, but he was thorough and competent, and he quickly identified the problem. At every step of the way, he explained what he was doing, which made me feel comfortable. He did a great job!
